Panoramic Cleaning is led by Richard Stokes, a professional window cleaner with over 19 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Originally from Hertfordshire, UK, Richard began his window cleaning business in 2005 and has since become a specialist in both traditional window cleaning and modern Reach & Wash pure-water systems.

After relocating to the South of France in 2015, Richard established Panoramic Cleaning — building a loyal client base along the Côte d’Azur, known for quality, reliability, and attention to detail.
